Peaceful protests can unite a community and send a message. This presentation will prepare you to show up safely and confidently as nonviolent activists. Presenters from the National Lawyers Guild Sacramento Chapter will discuss best practices for interacting with law enforcement in-the-moment, as well as advance information to consider in order to assess risk and prepare for possible police encounters.
